Hi, can anyone tell me how to remove the interior door card of my 3 door Astra H Mk5 SXi?? i can see 3 torx screws along the bottom, 2 along the side and 1 behind this little panel behind the door handle. Are there anymore hidden anywhere?? If not, and once all removed, whats the best way to take the actual door apart? Do you need to do anything with the window trims??

I can hear the most annoying noise coming from my passenger side door, towards the tweeter. Going to take the whole door apart to try and find it, then fix the f****r!!!!!

its abit like a squeeking noise, could be a rattling though. hard to describe. I had my windows tinted the other week and the guy pull the top of the door card out to gain full access to the window, I wonder if one of the little white clips that hold the tweeter in feel down something??

Remove all the screws and the pull off the tweeter cover. Pull the door card out at the bottom and then lift it up to pull it out where it hooks over the top of the door. The chances are you'll break one or more of the clips that hold the tweeter in place. Worth buying some before you start - they are a few pence at the dealers. Replace by hooking over the top of the door first, push it down and then refix screws.

Like you said, there are
3 right at the bottom
2 along the back edge
1 behind the small panel behind the chrome door release lever
2 behind the door grab handle (these pop off with a screwdriver underneath and pushed upwards)

You will also need to remove the tweeter pod to allow the door card to be lifted form the door, this just pulls off but you will need to disconnect the tweeter once its free

once the card is loose and flapping from the door its only now secured by a line of hooks along the top of the door,
If this is the 1st time you have removed it it can be a pain,
It usually needs a good with the back of your hand in an upwards direction to pop it off the hooks.

once this is done, dont just remove it as the window switch plug will need unpluging as will the door pull cable
