Hi guys,
Just had the inlet manifold replaced on my 1.9 cdti astra 150 about 4 weeks ago. i have just got around to putting a new EGR valve on as i was getting juddering under 2000 rpm. I bought a new one off ebay that is only two weeks on (have reciepts to prove) and now i get no power under 2000rpm whatsoever until teh turbo kicks in. On the box it does say saab but i checked with VX and the pierburg EGR valve is the same in the saab 1.9, vx 1.9 and alfa 1.9. So i cleaned the old one up and refitted that one and its back to going like ****** off a shovel again. Could the new EGR be faulty or do i have to do something to sync the EGR in or something? :S
Thanks guys!!
