Hi - someone kindly reversed into me. I’m wondering whether it will be written off or repaired? It’s a 64 plate with 90000 on the clock - 1.6 diesel ecoflex

Depends what damage (if any) has been caused behind the bumper.
eg, the slam panel, aircon rad, engine rad, crash bar, crash sensors.
A good panel beater would straighten that bonnet. New bumper, headlight, etc.

Thank you! The bonnet won’t close so I’m thinking there is some more damage, but I may be wrong!

that'll be a write off, that age and mileage probably means value around 2.5k, replace bumber, bonnet, grill, headlamp, paint and labour will be enough to kill it. unless insurance company can source 2nd hand parts of same colour, unlikely.

Could buy it back off them, do the work if it's only panels, then sell it on. My Bro did this with his Bongo after a smash as he has skills there, he's still driving it now
