the speaker that warns you your keys are still in ignition or you have left your lights on, where is it located?

In the multi-timer, which is an electronic control unit that slides into the side of the fuse box.

There is, but it is more likely to be a problem with the drivers door switch, as mentioned in your earlier post regarding your deadlocks not working.

What colour wires do you have going into the switch on the drivers door?

It wasn't a test, but you should find a grey and a grey/white or brown/white. Take out the drivers door switch and unplug the connector. Using a short piece of thin wire or a straightened out paperclip, connect the grey wire to the metal of the car body - the point where the switch screws goes into the metal body is easiest. If you have the key in the ignition whilst you do this, you should hear the key-in warning sound. If not, try the other wire. One of them will make the interior lights come on - you want the other one...

right had the old paperclip out, the light only comes on when i put one end in each wire, both do nothing when i insert into one wire and touch metal.

but..................... the f*****ng great news is that i think there must of been ***** inside the connector because now my dead bolt works   :D

but......... I still have no warning sound for lights or key in ignition :sus:

Ah, they obviously changed the wire colours somewhere along the line!

Good news about the deadlocks. If these are working, the signal must also be getting to the multi-timer to make the warning buzzer work.

Does the headlight buzzer and key-in warning still not work?

Look for a fuse in the main fusebox marked 'KL.W' or a symbol that looks like a key on the fusebox diagram, and make sure that fuse is present and not blown.
