Hiya, I have for sale vxr shocks and springs. Shocks have done 20k, springs only 12k. Rear shocks did have some flaky surface rust which is normal and doesn't effect them in any way but I have sanded these down and coated with hammerite for added protection.

I will sell them together or split,

Shocks £130 delivered - SOLD, springs £50 delivered, both together £160 delivered. Can collect from near junc 9 m25 if preferred!

Pics on request but I'm sure you know what they look like! Lol cheers!

If only I wasn't about to go on holiday, I'd have snapped the shocks up from you.

A VXR weighs 1393kg, a 1.9 weights 1342kg, so approx 3.6% difference, you would never be able to tell the difference visually. A 1.8 petrol weighs 1236kg, an 11% difference which would equate to 2-3mm of difference so still unnoticeable.

So 30 mm drop on standard astra...what about on 2.0t Sri? As that's a bit lower than standard astra too is it not?
Sri's are 15mm lOwer

Vxr springs on an N/A model is pointless imo unless you really want that extra tiny subtle drop ..

Fork out for eibach pro kit for a decent visual drop and better handling too....not exactly bank busting compared to the vxr springs price but worth it

Vxrs from factory are too damn high
i speak from experience after trying lots of different setups on the 1.8
