Hi,
New here but not new to Astravans, have just bought my seventh: New shape 1.3 CDTi. I want to try to deaden the road noise as much as possible. Has anyone got any tips, I'm sure there must be a best way to do this. I don't really want to ply line it. I carry decorating tools a fair bit, but regularly drive unladen which is when of course the noise is at it's worst.
Thanks in adavance

Well I'd be interested in a template, that seems the difficult bit, I reckon I could make one but wouldn't mind finding out how to buy from packa if you have contact details.

Packa,
Thanks for you input. Shame you don't make them anymore. I think I'll have a go at my own. I need to make one that I can quickly unclip and remove from time to time, and also i fancy a 'window' in it.
This'll take time, but I'll put up some pics when it's done.....

Can it really be that hard to make these,
Big sheet of cardboard to trace out the sides of the van, and then put that onto a sheet of wood :sus:

As Above you can panel the sides?? Wood or Dynomat ( waste of time )

If you want to have a phone call in the front at motorway speeds??
