Just wondering if anyone has any problems with there twin top. I have recently become familliar with there workings and would be happy to offer my services.

Had a flat battery on mine the other week how do you open the door the window glass didn't drop as it says in book. Managed to get it open but was lucky glass didn't break.

There is nothing you can do about that. Just need to force it unfortunatly but its only against the rubber seal, you'd have to be a rough **** or unlucky to break the glass.

There will be alot more dealers that you realise coz you only need someone to have done the training courses to be able to work on them.

at the moment in the NW the only dealers Technical will send a car to is either sealand road or macclesfield, that goes for other cars with persistant faults aswell

Where shall i start super dan.


A friend of mine has had theirs into lookers st helens and they repaired it without sending it to sealand road or macclesfield.

Walter C Briggs in Keighley are Twintop roof specialist they replaced the complete hinge assembly on drivers side of my car due to a annoying rattle. Very good customer service they couldn't do enough for me all done under warranty. My local VX dealer perrys didn't want to know so i contacted VX customer service who arranged to have repairs done at Briggs.
