I'm not sure how this will work this year but I hope we can still organise it so we attend as a club.

I was thinking something like an upfront payment of £20-£25 into a bank/PayPal account so we can guarentee funds to buy the tickets and our stand pitch.

I'm up for it.

Are you thinking about, just charging a little extra for the tickets, so that we cover the extra costs of attending the show including the show stickers? That's what I was thinking
