Hi
I am currently having a problem with my steering it feels very loose when turning i have changed both the track rods and installed a passenger drive shaft last week. could anyone point me in the right direction i was thinking maybe the wishbones had gone?

The simplest suspension issue is usually the Sway bar bushes, but the loose steering is not a sway bar issue. I would take the car for a visual inspection nonetheless.

Check the ball joint and bushes on the wishbones, that can cause a lot of play

Yeah, I prefer to just swap the full wishbone instead of individual bushes replacement or ball joint.

And on my last post I said Sway bar bushes, but I meant to say the Sway bar drop links. They are the most common suspension issue on Astra G any version.

There's plenty of videos available on Youtube for this fix ;)
