Need some advise please.. If my car is mapped to stage 3 and I need an mot but have a full decat. What's best way to pass an mot??

Either find a friendly tester, or fit a proper exhaust for MOT

You will have to put a normal exhaust back on for the MOT. If you have the old one, then you definitely should swap that back over. If you don't, you'll have to buy a new one. Any normal MOT garage won't pass you with a decat. When your data gets printed it shows how many Particles Per Micron of bad gases you are outputting. No way to reduce that below the limit without a CAT. These are the hoops we jump through to have modded cars.

Thanks for your replies I will buy exhaust I guess just worried its gonna make my engine management come on because of the map

It will restrict exhaust flow, but if your ecu is smart, and you havn't mapped out any sensors, the ecu should account for that.
