for the past 18 months when i had the CIM recall ive noticed my speedo clock unit rattles like there is something loose behind it, its worse in the cool cold weather but when interior is very warm/hot the rattle noice pretty much stops.
anyone have the same issue or is it a common thing with the astra's, is there any sort of fix if this has happened to you?
I doubt they ll have touched the speedo during the cim recall. Most likely the cover under the steering wheel isnt tightened fully or the two screws which can only be seen by turning the steering wheel to each side are loose
I had the same problem with my old Vxr. Had tons of problems with that ^^ try looking through my old posts, either on here or kaisah16 on Vxr online forums. There is a Vauxhall field remedy for this involving taking off the coverage sticking some foam pads under. Worked for me. Had exactly the same bother. Alot worse when it was cold.
Hi my Astra 2010 won’t start and been told need new speedo clock does anyone know where the best place to get one please
