i have a very weird knocking noise from the rear of my engine. here a video

have you checked both tophat and TB gasket, also when was last service might be due an oil change,

gaskets are fine and service is up to date im really puzzled

have you had you tried another set of injectors to rule them out, what bout inlet mani has that been checked???

i am going to try tomorrow it sounds more like a grinding

theres nuffin really at the back that could grind, have you used a extension bar or something solid to see if its coming from inside the block by listening threw the head etc







Edit: come to think of it maybe the alternator bearing is going
