I've just had the middle part of my bumper wrapped in gloss black, which currently looks like this:

Not the best quality image I know, but just so you get the idea.

Anyway, I need to swap the grills and fogs from my current bumper to the new one, and the question is, do I spray them in gloss black or keep them in the standard colour that they.
Here is how my car looks like now:

The bumpers look different colours but I assure you they are the same colour haha

It's got to be black really... That'll give you a nice black centre unless you're planning going for a theme.

Your probably right, don't really have a theme going on. I'll be doing my alloys gloss black soon too so I guess it will all match up nicely.
