Very nice mate, very shiney!

Personally I'd opt for the irmy grille, had it on my previous astra and it looked great and was great quality.

As for alloys, if you start a thread in the photoshop section with some alloys you're thinking of getting, myself or another member will sort you out with some mod'ed pics to help you decide. (Y)

Aye the turbo wheels do look great on the mk4 astra, would work well with the GSi kit, or go the whole hog and get the GSi snowflakes. (Y)

Great looking van!!

As for the engine swap, new rules have come in with the DVLA that if you want to declare an engine change, you must have proof from a garage and some other bits and pieces to say it was carried out professionally (sp?).
