Hi guys lost all my power when driving its kinda in limp mode did pedal test and google the code and alot of ppl said to clean egr valve I have done that and no change so checked swirl flaps and it seems that 2 are unclipped the still have the nipple on top how easy are they to clip bk in if it is possible ?

Its not a cheap fix, circa £500 for a new intake manifold and all the pieces required to fit.
But as tony has said, the manifold may not be the cause of the problems, granted it won;t be helping it, but depending on what position the flaps are stuck in, they won't be causing any problems with the car.

Just an update took it to a local garage nothing wrong with the swirl flap control arm they checked all pipes egr valce etc and cant find what the problem is it seems to be when I pull away it does seem to have the response therw like it should as soon as the turbo kicks in it goes!! Any ideas?
