so guys ive change my lower inlet manifold and the good new it has fixed my kangarooing, the bad new for me is now the car has a bad idle problem. now when it is ticking over it keeps jumping from 300rpm to 1000rpm when i driver the car after like 3-5 miles and i stop or slow down at the lights,junctions and that till will just stall every time, it will start straight back up first try so was wondering if you guys have any ideas what this can be?

oh and i tryed to remove the oil cap with the engine ticking over and it would not come away from the rocker cover dont know if this is linked or not, the car has a new egr and a blanking plate to.

ok thanks for the reply, daft as it might sound could it be the rubbers on the injectors as they did not take much to get back in. as i recall injectors should take a little bit of force to make a tight seal? or have i got the wrong idea?
