I need to change the engine air filter to my Opel Astra H. According to the instructions, the MAF sensor connector should be disconnected before removing the air filter case.

What is the correct way to disconnect the MAF sensor connector? There is a grey plastic part that should probably be pressed in some direction or am I wrong? I don't want to break the connector while disconnecting it.

This is some Delphi connector. What is the exact model of this connector?

That's not a maf it's the inlet temperature sensor but you can see in your pic 2 the locking tab that's holding the connector on.
Personally i wouldn't bother undoing the connector but just loosen the J clips and remove the inlet hose or pivot the hose around with the lid attached to get it out the way enough to change the filter.
