Hi guys, the old swirl flaps are away on my astra h 1.9 cdti (Z19DTH) and as the actuator is still working, I bought a new inlet mainfold and gasket and was due to get it fitted by a friend on Friday. We were informed by another friend that we could get away with not removing the hp pump and the cambelt but after a quick look at the TIS 2000 it seems this might not be possible. So as we're a bit short of specialist tools and know-how, I was wondering if there was anyone in or around the Glasgow area who might be ale to do this job for a reasonable price? thanks

For anyone who's interested I used Thornliebank motor engineers in the south-side of Glasgow to get my inlet manifold fitted (which I bought myself) they done a great job and it only cost around £140 would highly recommend :)

I bought my manifold off eBay vauxcentre I think they we're called, £155, then took it to Thornliebank motor engineers as I say, so all in it cost about £300, and I'm well happy with the result :)
