I think my gearbox is on its way changes up and down just fine but there is about a in movement in the stick when pulling off in first and there is a whining noise when under way. Although the noise happens even if you are out of gear and just rolling too which is weird. Anyone else have that noise whilst not in gear? Still nice and smooth though, no crunching, no issues with reverse or anything so far.....Thanks.

Your out put shaft of your gearbox still moves mind. Quite possible its your gear box. Take it you have a 6 spd box

Cheers guys. Think it is the box although it's been doing these noises for some time now and not missed a beat - gear changes are perfectly smooth etc. it's not an in movement either, it's a cm! Not sure why iPhones think they know measurement better that you but it changes it to imperial each time you try and post metric!
