Hi had to fit a new ECU got it cloned to work on the car but getting a DTC MAP fault have read that sometimes the car/ecu have to relearn each other to clear some DTC faults the MAP being one of them
I need to know what has to be done for the ECU to relearn as in start X amount of times drive X distance that kind of thing

Cheers

If the ECU was fitted and programmed correctly you shouldn’t have any new fault codes. Try clearing the code and see if comes back, if it does no amount of driving will fix this, you will need to diagnose and repair the fault.

There is no learn facility on these engine ECU's.
The only ECU that learns and has an "Adaptions table", is the auto gearbox ECU if fitted. Auto ECU's need to have adaptions cleared using TECH II.
