Can anyone recommend a wheel refurb place in or around Bradford, that can do diamond cut VXR wheels?

I've had someone in a van come up and quote about the diamond cut, and wouldn't do it!

To be honest mine aren't physically damaged, as you've seen, it's the laquer that's gone funny
