Dash message 84 Engine power is reduced could be caused by one of many issues,and may have nothing to do with a leaky cooler hose,get the car read for fault codes (with a decent scanner if possible)
it may point you in a completely different direction.

I'd keep a close eye on it now,
if the dpf was blocked due to failed dynamic re-gens there's nothing to stop it blocking again if there are stored fault codes.
I'd keep an eye on any emission related fault codes,data on dpf pressure and most importantly check the oil level isn't getting high due to failed re-gens,you certainly don't want a runaway engine.
btw you are supposed to use a scanner to re-set the dpf readings to allow a relearn after adpf replacement.
