Yes it probably has been done to the death yada yada. Wanting a set for my winter wheels. Do i nee 2 sets or what? And where can i get them done? Mind am up in aberdeen so dont say the valleys...

no you only need one set because they cut the lip off weld in a band of steel (where the name banded steels comes from) and then weld the lips back on

There is a website type in banded steels on google he charges £330 for a set with you supplying the wheels

don't go to banded steels, they are a rip off and there are alot of stories all over the net about how badly done they are from there
