With any aftermarket stereo, you'll loose the secret menus, yes. Steering wheel controls depends on the specific headunit and your wiring. If you get a Connects2 CANBUS loom plus a patch cable for your specific headunit, you should be good (Y)

You dont loose secret menu with an eonon

Depends on what unit you buy. My D5108 didn't work with the secret menu.... and then most of the newer Eonons don't actually work properly full stop.
