Hi all, I've seen a few images on interwebs of a 'honeycomb' style grill which fits the 5dr/estate/van bumper. Anyone have any idea what model it could be from or if its an aftermarket one?

I thought the same thing but it's on a 5 door bumper and when I've seen 3 door grills on 5 door bumpers before, the two don't really line up where the 3 door bumper is more angled. Unless that one's maybe been trimmed to fit better than they normally do.

Or is it that the vans got a facelift bumper so it lines up with the 3 door grille better?

It’s a face lift bumper, 3 door bumper does fit tho, the difference is the way the fog lights are

It should, the face lift has a more pronounced point
