For a 1.4 , yes thats probably about right.

More importantly, you have a fault code stored. Hence the light on the dash.
So you need to get that Read, or use the Pedal Test method to display the error code.

I don't think it's fan 2, I think it's speed 2. The fans have several speeds controlled by a resistor on the fan unit so they can vary the cooling depending on what is required.

1614 and 1616 are irrelevant to that fault, CIM comms with immobiliser fault.

what is speed 2? Is it an easy fix. the battery died a while back. could be the problem with the immobiliser and key chip
