Hi all, I've a 2013 astra that's had the headlights replaced off a 2015 petrol vxr as mine is a vxr rep. they plug in ok and the daytime running lights work and also the indercators work fine. I have no headlights or dipped beam can anyone tell me do I need to have them coded to the car please? I'm in Northampton

Are the light exactly the same? Or were your originals halogen and new 1s xenon?

thank you for your reply I can't be 100% to be honest as the original lights were taking by cmg when the car was recovered for some unknown reason. I believe that maybe the case though. dose the year make a difference as the new ones are off a proper petrol vxr 15 plate? they plug in as I said mate, day time running lights & indercators work so im at a loss with it

The plug will fit but if it was halogen headlights, the plug won’t be set up for xenon
