My drivers side fog lamp works but having replaced the passenger side bulb it still doesnt light up. There is no power at the wiring. My question is, does the relay supply power separately to each front foglamp? The fuse is obviously not at fault as it supplies power to the relay, which, in turn supplies power to the lamps but the offside one is fine.

A single wire runs from the relay, through X2 into the bonnet loom, then splits at some point and heads off to both front fog lamps.

Either the wire has broken, or water has got in and corroded the cable away internally.

The relay is in the fusebox under the instrument cluster.

Sorry, meant to put in my reply that X2 is the main connector between the instrument/body and engine bay looms - it runs through the bulkhead roughly behind the glovebox.
