scratch

Hi anyone know of any good cheap body shop that could repair a scratch I have on my astra H any help or recommendation would be great especially mates rates etc :-) I have quite a deep scratch just above drivers door handle

The door trim strip next to the door handle inside on drivers door is a bit scratched up on my astra. 5dr astra h elite. Can anyone help with how to get it off and ideas for repairing it/replacing it please? Currently it is silver, as is the rest of the dash trim around stereo etc. Did take...
