Lights where on red and there was a bloke early 20s driving it i nodded and smiled at him as i do to every sport hatch i pull up at the side of if i do. He gave me a filthy look started revving his engine and going backwards and forward. When the lights went green he sped off. ******

Why did you nod at another Sporthatch anyway? To be honest, they're not a 'cult car', so I don't see the point. VXRs nodding to other VXRs perhaps, as there's something special about them that is instantly recognisable.

Yeah, because they're not just your average looking Astra. No point with anything that isn't either a GSi or VXR in my opinion, and I didn't ever wave in my VXR, as most of them are driven by chavs, lets be honest.

I object! any astra that has any subtle bodykit or xp with sbutle big rims looks really well and in some cases better looking than a vxr/gsi. Its not just about the vxr/gsi anymore, other astras are catching up

i like both vxr and xp, xp is more understated and subtle but i had to spice it up with an agressive irmy front :) imo the 5dr needs the irmy front coz the xp front is too bland :P

this is because it doesnt stand out as much. the xp gives a nice subtle touch, whilst the vxr is more in your face..........because of this, the xp would apeal to a wider audience, therefore be liked more, by more :thumbs:

but obviously everyone has there own prefernces :thumbs: i mean i for one use to prefer the vxr front, but now i am happy i didnt change my front.

dont forget, the vxr's exterior is just and astra with a kit :thumbs:
